Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Cancellations

Wild Wes hopes you thoroughly enjoy his music. In the event you wish to return a purchase, however, we've provided the following policies and procedures below.

Replacement Policy
Any defective CD may be returned for a replacement, free of charge. If the CD you purchased is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We'll send you a new CD, and provide a mailing label and postage for you to return the defective CD to us.

Refund Policy
We hope that there would never be occasion for a customer to desire a refund for a purchase. In that event, however, only CD's that are unopened (still in their original plastic wrap) will be eligible for a full refund. Due to the risk of music piracy, we regret that we are unable to offer full refunds for opened products. We will offer a 50% refund of the original purchase price for any functional CD that is returned after being opened. Please contact us to arrange for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
If, after placing an order, you should wish to cancel that order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel your order, and provide you with a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please return the merchandise to us, and we'll refund the cost of your order, less the shipping and handling charge.
